You simply login to your account to view quotes and select your preferred electricity supplier. The supplier is electronically informed and will get in touch with you to confirm the transaction. It’s free to use and enables you to switch your electricity supplier to save costs or access renewable energy.

Will I lose my electricity service or experience a lesser quality of service?

No. The suppliers are bound by law to supply you. If, in the unlikely event that, your new supplier stops business you will continue to be supplied by the default supplier and you will start to pay the default supplier for your usage. YOUR SERVICE WILL NOT BE INTERRUPTED.
